United Property Management (UPM) is a family-owned, family-operated company that manages quality, affordable housing for families and seniors throughout North Carolina. UPM currently offers over 2,000 rental units across the state.

Our properties offer a range of one, two, three, and four bedroom floorplans. In addition, our properties offer a variety of amenities.  Please see each property's individual webpage for a list of amenities the property offers.

In addition, water, sewer, and trash pickup are included in the monthly rent for most of our properties.
