The leasing office will provide residents with access to a fully-furnished community room with sitting areas, a flat screen TV, a computer room, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen for community gatherings.  Additionally, residents will have access to a covered picnic area with grills, outside seating areas, a gazebo, playground, and tot lot.  Residents can also take advantage of close access to the Capital Area Greenway.
